If the money is deducted but the Order is cancelled, or Not Placed, then from our side, money will be automatically refunded and credited back to the source of payment. Please check with your respective bank / Payment Gateway / financial institution for the same. Usually it can take upto 7days for the refund amount to be credited back into your account.

If the product you have received is a damaged product, we request you to request in portal orders dashboard or call our customer support team immediately for initiating a return for the product. However, please note that any product noticed as "Received in Physically Damaged Condition, Damage upon Delivery" or "Missing Accessories/Items in Box" has to be reported within 5 hours of delivery and without activating the product for it to be eligible for a return. Any issues reported after 24 hours or if a product is activated will not be accepted.
